- If you apply for a job with us through Glass Door, LinkedIn or Indeed, we collect information that you have shared with the platform or provider which they then share with us. We may obtain Personal Data about you from Connected TV providers, including MNTN, data analytics providers including Sprout Social and Google Analytics,, marketing or advertising service providers including Facebook, MNTN and GoogleAds fraud prevention service providers, vendors that provide services on our behalf, or publicly available sources. We also create information based on our analysis of the information we have collected from you.

6. Automatic Data Collection Technologies
As you navigate through and interact with our Website, we and our third party partners (such as advertising and analytics providers) use automatic data collection technologies to collect certain information about your equipment, browsing actions, and patterns. This is done by us uploading a customer list to a technology service or incorporating a pixel from a technology service into our own Service, and the technology service matching common factors between our data and their data. For instance, we incorporate the MNTN pixel on our Website.
- We do not control these third parties' tracking technologies or how they may be used. We may use the information we have collected from you to enable us to display advertisements to our advertisers' target audiences. Even though we do not disclose your Personal Information for these purposes without your consent, if you click on or otherwise interact with an advertisement, the advertiser may assume that you meet its target criteria.
8. How We Sell or Share Your Personal Information

In addition to the specific situations already mentioned in this privacy policy, we disclose Personal Information in the following circumstances:
- Service Providers. We share certain Personal Information with third parties that perform services to support our core business functions and internal operations including: fulfilling orders, delivering packages, complying with your request for the shipment of products to or the provision of services by a third party intermediary, sending postal mail and e-mails, analyzing customer data, providing marketing assistance, administering our ratings & reviews, supporting beacons, processing credit card and debit card payments, investigating fraudulent activity, conducting customer surveys, and providing customer service. These service providers include Shopify, Authorize.net, and PayPal for supporting fulfilment of orders, analytics, and processing credit card and debit card payments, Hulk Form Builder and Address Validator Plus for supporting fulfillment of orders, shipping and product registration and Fraud Filter for investigating fraudulent activity. We only make these business purpose disclosures under written contracts that describe the purposes, require the recipient to keep the Personal Information confidential, and prohibit using the disclosed information for any purpose except performing the contract.
- Third Parties. We may share your Personal Information with third parties that provide advertisement, ad measurement, analytics measurement and targeted advertising services for us, such as Facebook, GoogleAds, Google Analytics, Sprout and MNTN, with proper consent where legally required. Certain third parties, such as MNTN, use your Personal Information to build segment profiles targeting specific advertisements to your television for ConnectedTV applications.
- Social Media Networks and Platforms. Some of our websites have features such as, plugins, widgets, or and other tools made available by third parties that may result in information being collected or shared between us and the third party, including for Facebook, LinkedIn and YouTube. For example, if you use Facebook’s “Like” feature, Facebook may register the fact that you “liked” a product and may post that information on Facebook. Their use of your information is not governed by this privacy policy.
- Legal Process. We may disclose Personal Information in response to subpoenas, warrants, court orders, government inquiries or investigations, or to comply with relevant laws and regulations. We may also disclose information to establish, exercise, or protect the rights of our company, employees, agents, and affiliates; to defend against a legal claim; to protect the safety and security of our visitors; to detect and protect against fraud; and to take action regarding possible illegal activities or violations of our policies.
- Business Transfers. We may share Personal Information with another company that buys some, or all, of the assets or stock of Chapin, and that company may use and disclose Personal Information for purposes similar to what is described in this policy. 9. How We Protect your Personal Information
We have implemented administrative, physical and technical safeguards designed to protect your Personal Information. All information you provide to us is stored on our secure servers behind firewalls. Any payment transactions are done securely through our Service Providers, Shopify, Authorize.net, and PayPal.
The safety and security of your information also depends on you. Where we have given you (or where you have chosen) a password for access to certain parts of our Website, you are responsible for keeping this password confidential. We ask you not to share your password with anyone.
Unfortunately, the transmission of information via the internet is not completely secure. Although we do our best to protect your Personal Information, we cannot guarantee the security of your Personal Information transmitted to our Website.
